• $150 – Installation services for both XStation & Retro Gem (Free Faceplate & Detailed Cleaning)
• Hardware Options
• $125 – XStation Hardware
• $135 – Retro Gem Hardware
• No need to buy Hardware if you are suppling your own.

 2. Select Free Faceplate Color: One free faceplate is added to all XStation installations. Please send note if you would like ported or solid style Faceplate.

 4. Professional Installation: Upon receiving your console, we’ll thoroughly clean it and proceed with the installation services.

 5. Quality Control: After installation, we thoroughly test your system to ensure it’s working perfectly. As well as ensure all hardware firmware is up to date.

 6. Return Shipping: We’ll ship your console back to you via your shipping preference (Recommended USPS Priority Mail (2-4 day delivery). The shipping fee included in your purchase covers the cost of return shipping.

 

Turnaround Time

Full installation usually takes 1-2 weeks or less from the day we receive your system.

If we need to order the hardware, turnaround time maybe extended.

Consoles are processed in the order they are received.

Throughout the process, we’ll keep you posted with regular status reports and pictures along the way.

Packaging:

Please be sure to properly package your console and Mods/Hardware to ensure it makes the trip safely. If you have included hardware in your purchase, ship PlayStation console Only. No cords or controllers are needed. If you have not included hardware in your purchase please be sure to include your own hardware. Consoles will be reshipped using the packaging they arrived in, if possible and safe.
